The tech at Best Buy did a great job installing my stereo with professional harnesses. Taking their time to do a very professional job in just a few hours! they keep you informed of the progress by phone!

Ashlee did a great job on the installation. It looked great in my VW when finished. She even adapted a connector for the antenna without an additional charge. It was done very quickly also.

I think his name was Justin.. Not positive. He did an incredible job! Was very kind and professional. We're going to have him install two more car stereo's and possibly some speakers. He did his best to fit us into his schedule, as soon as possible. He contacted us immediately when there was a cancellation. Stereo works perfectly and the trim kit he ordered looks great! Better than the factory. Thanks so much.

Got me in quickly. Work was completed as advertised. Looks good and works well. Only negative was had a issue with bluetooth and when I called for help no one could answer question. Tech called back 2 days later and easily solved the problem over the phone.

I bought a replacement Sony In-Dash CD/Receiver from Best Buy mainly because of the offer of free installation with purchase, and I'm so glad I did!! Scheduling the install was a bit annoying, since the local Best Buy offered only very limited time slots, but the technician who did the work CALLED ME to offer an earlier time (very considerate). He did the install in about 45 minutes and then took several minutes to show me how to use the Bluetooth and other unfamiliar features of my new receiver. Much appreciated! :-)

The guys who did my instal were awesome. They were ready for me early and got it done in like 30 minutes. They even took the tine to show me how to use the new radio.

I had a stereo amp two subs door speakers, and 6 x 9‘s a back up camera and the monitor. Also a remote start an alarm system and a Z 71 truck and they did a excellent/professional job and was real cooperative with doing all the work, the only downside it did take about 2 to 3 visits to get all the equipment installed.

My radio is totally operational and "Shawn" took the time to install, go over things with me, pair it with my phone, set stations, and explain the dynamics...all in 53 minutes!! I had actually brought a $33 wire...that I didn't need...and without hesitation, he refunded the price...back to my credit card and told me about it at the end!! My 1st experience with a "Geek Squad" install and it was AWESOME!! My appointment was for Sunday...but as a courtesy, he called me TODAY to see if I wanted to take a cancelled appointment!! A okay, I really don't know what to say, service was good and dandy. I am a rapper, watching the geek squad and sippin' bandy. Those geeks works fast and fine, they take things apart all the time. I'll be back at the best store, as soon as they open up the door. Don't forget, best buy service with a smile, I'll spend my dolla' and walk a mile....Holla.

Gary knew exactly what I needed that he couldn't get from supply DC. I ordered it. He was happy I had exactly what he requested to make wiring a breeze! He wouldn't stop talking about it! True genius! Highly recommend! Him and associate helper did a great job!

Had Geek Squad install the Kenwood radio I purchased in my 2005 Colorado. Was going to do it myself, but thought I would give Geek Squad a chance. They knew exactly what parts were needed and the final installation looks like it came from the factory. They did an Excellent job! Very professional, all of the original warning chimes worked just like from the factory. I would have them install replacement radios anytime I needed one. Great Job Geek Squad!

I have an old 2002 Envoy. It is wrecked. Not a looker but I ordered and got installed a new car receiver to add to the subs I was given. I believe Jose is the guy that helped me out. I am not sure who the other guy was but I AM SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED by their knowledge and the care that was given to me, as a customer. Jose found a way to get free installation due to a promotion. Most importantly, ( I did not notice until two days later) he put in the missing button for my rear windshield wiper. Every thing was great. The installation looks very professional and zero problems thus far and I do not expect any.

Isaac made the experience of installation efficient and timely. I left the vehicle with him and he gave me a timeframe and that time was met. It was ready when he said it would be. The vehicle was clean and not littered with any of the trash from the install. That speaks volumes to me and kudos to Isaac a true Audio Tech. The Kenwood that he installed works to my satisfaction and all the features are working as they should.

My head unit looks like it was a factory install. The installer took his time to show me all the features and how they intigratef with my steering wheel controls.

John, the installer, assisted me to choose the radio, to order the needed parts, and familliarize me with use of the unit. I brought the ordered radio and the extra parts from Amazon to the shop to be sure they met the requirement. System installed a week later as scheduled. Great system.
We had a glitch which John solved when I returned -- needed an extra ground which he promptly handled. John is an exceptional credit to Best Buy and I will strongly recommend him to others. My complaint to Best Buy is the impossible situation wherein you cannot reach a person in the store you are calling no matter what phone number used. You end up with mechanical voice instuctions and questions, eventually wind up with a real person from a foreign country who is unable to get me in direct contact with the store so I can ask a very simple question! While I highly recommend John for installation and for customer relations, I do not find Best Buy to be a serious customer service company! I love my new sound system. I do not love Best Buy! Please solve this mess!
