For the replacement of my OEM double-DIN car stereo, the only additional cost would have been for steering wheel stereo controls, which my car does not have. My new JVC unit came with an external microphone (for handling phone calls via Bluetooth) as well as a USB cable connection coming out the back of the unit. Neither of these were on the OEM unit, bu they cost nothing extra; even neatly routing the microphone cable to the top of the A post pillar inside trim. The end of the USB cable was routed to the glove box. I shopped around for installation fees, and Geek Squad was the most inexpensive by far.
