Sometimes they do have specials where they include installation labor of a head unit in a "deal", but you have to pay for parts, which can range from $25 to $75+ if you need steering wheel control adapters or an interface to connect to other control systems, like Chrysler's CANBUS. A few weeks ago they had an Alpine 141 or 143 unit with BT with free installation, but I haven't seen anything since. I had my head unit installed by the BB in Bridgewater, NJ. Adil, the tech, did an outstanding job and it was only $65, plus tax! My local stereo shop would have charged at least $100, plus parts. The other thing I like about BB is if I'm on the road and there's an issue with the install, any BB with an installation department can handle the repair for free if is covered under the lifetime installation warranty.
