I recently had purchased a stereo from BestBuy and their installation cost was about $70 or so. Not including hardware I also already had my speakers installed, so that has to be taken into account.. Since you have all the necessary hardware, and you weren't planning on anything else your cost would probably be in that ballpark. BEST BUY did mention to me that to wire up the unit to the controls on my steering wheel would be another $140 or so, so you can decide whether you think that's a feature you would need.
