• Bought Kenwood auto radio 9/13 and it just ate a cd...cannot reset it...how do I get it out.

• bring it back to the location the installed (your warranty is good at all best buys nation wide). have them take a look at it. if its somethin that bby did, then it will be free

• Depending on wether you have the protection plan thru bestbuy or not. If you have the protection plan give them a call and they will get it sent out to be fixed for you.
