Hi there. Thanks for reaching out to us about this. As long as you have the correct harness hooking up to your radio, there shouldn't be anything out of the ordinary. We of course should double check that the harness isn't faulty if everything else is working normally. We'd recommend getting in contact with your local Best Buy's Autotech team to make sure.
