We had one installed in a dodge 200 with steering wheel controls - the extra cost is in some labor and the wiring harness - the best way to do it is pick out the radio, tell them what functions you want to retain and get a quote- I did pay 25 extra dollar after the install for the usb Extension because I wanted it in a location that was hard to get to
