if you have fiber internet and your mobile service is 4g or better then your connection is more than adequate. This is just a security light much like a floodlight with a sensor but one you can manage and add on with an arlo cam that will record a video when secure light sensor is triggered. An Arlo Ultra has a built in light if you want that versatility. One last thing, you will need an Arlo Bridge to manage this. Going for an Arlo Ultra is the economical way to go else if you have the budget then go foe it! Hope this helps. :)
