what is the POWER button used for ???? null

The power button allows you to lower the amount of energy used by cycling the magnetron on and off at varying intervals depending on what number you choose from 1-9. Think of it like the notches on the stove burner starting at 1 for low flame uo to 10 for high flame. I believe if you choose 0 for the power the microwave will double as a timer and count down then play the finish alarm without actually firing up the microwave to cook.

Most microwaves have a power button or power level. It is for selecting the percentage of power to cook with 10%, 30%, etc. Somethings are better thawed or cooked at lower than 100% power.

Power will be for what heating level you want it on, for example heating on high.
