I bought this microwave a few weeks ago for college and it worked fine at first. Now it starts by itself and won't heat up when I need to use it and continuously runs. How would I fix this, and yes I unplugged it and plugged it back in, still stuck on... null

Our brand new microwave does this too! It turns on when I push the open button and continues to run without heating - you can't turn it off when it does this the buttons don't work. We are bringing ours back
