Is it still under Warrenty? If everything looks like it's working but it's just not heating/ cooking than check to make sure your not using the timer instead of it coking buttons . If you still doing everything correctly than it's the part in the micorwave that cooks the food. I don't recall the name of it. Call the company and tell them put make sure you have proof of when you purchased it . That helps a lot. Good luck
