Please try again later.Keep your receipt or computer order, print it out, ( one copy for you ,one for them) keep the box ( maybe if you just bought it in case they ask for it) , and call your local Best Buy or Insignia Customer Service at 1-888-BESTBUY. Information is in the instruction book that came with the microwave. They may give you advice over the phone. You can rebox it and take it into your local store if you bought it from a physical store. If you bought it online, look for the address associated with www.bestbuy.com, for example, and you can mail it back, but sound like it might be easy for a best Buy store to glue on a rubber foot .If you mail, with the original sales slip ( the directions say, I would ask could you send a xeroxed copy, phone them first ) but it has a One Year Warranty. Insignia 's phone number is : 1-877-467-4289. Ask if they will pay postage or insist or have a local person glue on a new rubber piece. ( I did not flip mine over, sorry, because I have small items sitting on the top. )
