“The microwave all in all is really nice. Has many settings for a compact appliance. My problem is that the turntable doesn't turn smoothly around. It takes a split-second pause four times around. I like the product but will check with the manufacturer.”

Place the turntable ring in the round depression in the bottom of your microwave so that it turns freely. Place the glass turntable (flat side up) on the turntable ring so that the hub engages the turntable shaft in the bottom of your microwave. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I never seen this happen to my microwave. Have you lined the glass plate on the metal turntable properly? Do you see anything that clogging the mechanism for the turntable? Likely, the microwave needs to be replaced.
