• There is a plug on the floor inside the freezer and a 2nd plug covering a drain outlet on the outside front about 2 inches off the ground. You unplug both and the melted ice drains through both plugs onto a pan you've put in front of the freezer.

• There is a drain cap at the bottom on the front of the freezer.
