It depends on the equipments transfer capacity. Walmart doesn't sell equipment that has a transfer capacity that high unlike best buy.

I bought the cabel from Best Buy and it states on the box that it has a 32.4 Gbps bandwidth. If theres a discrepancy its probably at the manufacturer level
