It works on my 1440p 165hz HDR monitor without issue, just plug and play. It replaced the cable included with my monitor that struggled to reach the same bandwidth for no good reason. Replace your monitor cable with one of these! Do note, however, that this cable does not appear to be certified by VESA for a specific displayport revision. You can't find it on the website.
