“What wire gauge is used in this cable?”

• The Insignia person here just stated that this is 26 AWG. This is very concerning, as CAT 5e is supposed to be 24 AWG (smaller = bigger wires = less loss of signal). CAT 6 is supposed to have 23 AWG wires. How can this be called CAT 6 and have 26 AWG wires???

• Typically it is 24 AWG. It is not stated on this cable, just says CAT6 Network Cable
