“Can I run this 6A Cable through my attic, above the second floor and in my walls from the unmanaged switch on the first floor of my home? Will it be able to stand hot temperatures in my attic in the summer and freezing temperatures in winter?”

It will not withstand those temperatures you will need an CMR type cable (riser cable) or cl1-2
