Can this wire be used outside? null

Yes it can. Used mine for outdoor porch set up. Works great.

Yes it can, but if your adding it to wire you already. I would use water proof wire nuts or something like that.

Technically it can be used outside, but it likely won't last long if it is exposed to direct sunlight (UV and heat), water or freezing rain. This wire is not rated for weather exposure or in-ground burial. It will last longer outside if you run it in well sealed conduit, but I'd rather go with a wire that is rated for outdoor use.
