“I have a Galaxy S6 that I tried to use and I can't get it to charge. Whenever I plug it into the wall, it flashes purple, then when I set my phone on it, the led just blinks red, no charging. Followed all directions and troubleshooting. How do I fix it?”

• Mine did the same thing when I tried to use a different wall adapter. You have to use the one supplied apparently.
