Contact Best Buy and get it replaced under warranty. There is a 1 year warranty so just have them exchange it for a brand new one or have them fix it.

While you resetting your tablet don't use "fully clean" function, only use "just remove my files". Windows update has been turned off on MY tablet. Never turn it back on or reset Windows, or you will lose sound driver.
