“While plugged in charging, the led lights were flashing. After a few mins, the led lights went off. Is this normal charging or is the led lights suppose to be on during the charging duration until full? Can anyone tell me if this is defective or not?”

While charging my devices that lead lights always blink while charging. I am not sure if your lead light went off because your device was charged. If it was not charged and the lead lights quit blinking my best guess is that it may be defective.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When power is on the blue lights will indicate how much of a charge you have on your Battery! 4 sold blue lights means fully charged! When it drops to 3, 2, 1, power is dropping, then no color means no power! (Off)! So when charging the blue lights blink off and on and indicating how much power you have depending on how many lights are blinking, when fully charged it’s sold blue or totally out no power!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The lights will completely go blank when it is fully charged. You should notice the lights go off only after the 4th and final light blinks. Blinking means charging. No lights means it's full.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does the same thing, it did charge to full with the LEDs off, you can check the charge by pressing the button. I had the same concern and ran some basic tests. all fine!
