• Mine is doing this as well, customer service from Insignia zero help. Would not recommend this product.

• Have not had any issue with my fridge. Only thing I can think is if the seal around the door is not closing - as cold as it gets - condensation will build up for sure. Again, been super happy with mine - with no water issues.
