I don’t see why not i only use mine for beverages but the range is 34-50 degrees keeping things just as cold as a standard refrigerator.

It is designed to operate indoors at standard room temperatures, so don’t expect it to maintain 34F if you put it in a 95F garage, etc. This is a home use not commercial use design.
