“The lock doesn't work. When door is open and I try to lock the metal hook moves into a locked position. W door closed, I lock and for secs I can't lift the door but then it it easily opens. Has anyone else had a prob w the lock? How did u fix it?”

Thank you for your reply. None of those suggestions work. The door closes securely, the lock just doesn't work.
