Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Press the shutter button that's how you turn it on. I use it with my Canon 80D and I have no issues with it. If you want to use the full options of the device use batteries, but batteries don't have to be use if your using just for a shutter release. At least this is how it works with my camera. Hope you figure it out cause it's a nice shutter release to have with your camera gear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to your camera settings and turn on “IR mode”, next check the battery on the remote. IR, unlike Bluetooth or WiFi, requires you to point the remote directly at the sensor, so make sure you’re doing that as well.
