“Hello, I’ve recently purchased this cooler and it has been running for a couple of days now. I've set temperate to 34 degrees but reading inside with multiple thermometers will not go below 40 degrees. Is this normal operation?”

Great question! We’re having the same issue. We’ve just received a replacement unit and are still experiencing that. We’re using 3 thermometers (one in each shelf) and it doesn’t matter if we set it at 40, 38 or 36, it doesn’t get cooler than 40 inside. Going to call best but tomorrow to figure this out!
