“I am trying to find out if this range of Insignia freezers (fridge/freezer) is available in right-opening? The ones I see at Best Buy are all left-opening (and I am aware the the door cannot be swapped over due to the electrics inside). Thanks”

I'm sorry but I do not have an answer. Contact any Best Buy store and they should be able to answer this question. On a positive note, I do like this freezer.

Garage Ready Convertible Upright Freezer with ENERGY STAR Certification is designed with a left-opening door, and as you mentioned, the door cannot be swapped due to the internal electronics.
