“why isn't the frig not cooling properly and its set on 5 just got the frig yesterday. The freezer works great but frig definitely not cooling as designed. Its not in standby but level 5 which is coldest and not cooling.”

Unplug the unit for 24 hours and they try again. If the unit is not cooling, for product support please call 1-877-467-4289 available from 8am to 9pm CT daily.
