Do they need a special part to be able to reverse the door? Mine was delivered today and the tech was unable to do that- he returned it as defective but I read in reviews that you might just need a different part. null

The post on the lower hinge can be unscrewed and screwed in on the opposite side.  That makes the hinge usable on the left side.

My tech reversed our door nicely in the street…moved it into the space I wanted without any problems. I don’t know if parts are needed.  Mine was done correctly.

Just got one of these recently.. they have the additional hinge located inside the fridge when first purchased. Yours might have been left out. So tech was unable to swap the hinges.

Do you mean like put the door on other side and have it open to the left ?
