Q: QuestionThere is some kind of metallic debris coming from the door hinge. Is this something we should be concerned about? Every time we clean it, the floor around it it continues to pile up with this metallic debris. Will the door hinge need replacing?

Q: QuestionHow do rotate the screws into the plastic inserts for the door handle? Are they suppose to be removed prior to the screws going in?

• A:Answer The unit I have has the door handle in the top of the door or part of the door. If you are changing the door swing pry up the plastic plugs and put back in holes after changing hinge.

Q: QuestionJust got this fridge delivered but not installed. After unboxing, we see the plastic on the back side bottom is cracked. Cant find a replacement part. Question, is this a real part or is it a protective cover for shipping that is supposed to be removed?

• A:Answer I do not know about any plastic parts on the bottom, When mine was delivered it was taken out of the box (on request) because I needed to get it into the kitchen myself ( I did not account for the doo frame) witch was just off. Doors had to come off and some moldings as well. But after that everything was replaced (with no left over parts). As for any plastic parts I did not come across nothing like that.

• A:Answer never mind I spoke too soon, the exchange one is now doing the same thing, but not as frequent and come to think of it I can consider it a whining noise like others was saying, I still can hear it from 2 rooms away, it's actually bugging me cause I never heard this in a fridge before, I'm afraid it's not going to last me years to come. i might bring it back and get a different brand.
