The hinges for the doors can be easily switched to open left or right. No need to order left or right swing. Our deliverymen would have changed the doors for us if we had wanted them to. We are very pleased with our refrigerator and the deliverymen.

The handles on the fridge are reversable so the answer is yes, it comes that way!
