“Why are some channels not listed on the channel or Favorites list? I can't program in channels 9, 13 nor do I know how to add them in case they're "hidden". Please advise.”

• In some areas those channels wont come in

• Over the air HD signals can be highly directional. You may need to reorient your antenna to find additional channels. You may also need to upgrade to an amplified, omnidirectional antenna for best results.
