A:AnswerYes, I connected to Dish using channel 60, "air" on TV2 with a dual mode receiver and a coaxial connection for TV viewing. Make sure when setting up to change the modulator to "air". For some reason, this is the only way it will work. My Samsung runs off channel 73 and the satellite setting.
A:AnswerNot sure but would need the exact model number. There are places you can buy LCD screens but you would need to give them the model number too. As a general rule it is not cost effective when for a few more dollars you can buy a new TV.
A:AnswerThere is hesitation when you change channels because your television is trying to match the frequency of the broadcast by scanning the frequency. You can reduce the delay by changing your input mode from HDMI to standard video component connectors that processes only one type of frequency.

Press MENU.
Press ◄ or ► to highlight CHANNELS, then press ▼ or ENTER.
Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Auto Channel Search, then press ENTER or ►.
Press ► to highlight Next, then press ENTER. When a message tells you setup is complete, press EXIT to close the menu.
Press INPUT to open the INPUT SOURCE list, then press ▲ or ▼ to select the video input source you connected your TV to and press ENTER. Your TV switches to the input source you selected.
If you select Cable from the wall your TV scans for available channels. The scan may take several minutes.
