It works well via USB with jpeg, mp4 and MP3 files, additional to dish network thru the old fashioned coaxial antenna. Will this Insigina do the same job?”

Yes, I connected to Dish using channel 60, "air" on TV2 with a dual mode receiver and a coaxial connection for TV viewing. Make sure when setting up to change the modulator to "air". For some reason, this is the only way it will work. My Samsung runs off channel 73 and the satellite setting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TV will pick up channel 60 from Dish. The one thing you would lose is some functionality with the USB port. The USB slot only supports .jpeg files.
