“The sound bar just stopped working. Nothing is coming through on the speakers. I have done everything that was on the troubleshooting guide. I did notice that the DSP does stay on. Would that have anything to do with it?”

You may be on the wrong input channel. This happened to me. Sometimes when you switch channels you have to wait a few seconds before the sound comes out.
