“We bought this sound bar to use with our insignia firetv and connected them with an optical cable. The sound is a little off from the picture- you can see mouths move to form words after you hear the words they are speaking. How do you fix this??”

I'm not familiar with the FireTV setup, but my Samsung has audio settings in the Menu section allowing the user to set up external audio and disable the TV audio. I'm not getting any latency with it. Perhaps you can look there?
