“Just bought this and trying to hook it up to an element tv with an optical cable. We switch it to PCM but the sound keeps coming out of the TV. We know the sound bar works because we can play music on it via Bluetooth and it works. Help!”

Had a similar issue with my aunt’s sound bar. I had to change the channel on the bar. I hooked hers up with an optical cable also. Hers was linked on channel 1. I would say go through the 4 channels and adjust the bass and dpc. Experiment with it and see which ones work best.
