I installed this device on a PC, it looks like it installed but there is no icon or way to open the device through the interface of the PC. I called Insignia and they said they think it's defective but I don't think so, See Pics null

I havent seen anything for the device itself. You'll definitly see the drives in file explorer as separate drives.

1. If your SSD & HDD is the first time being used, please follow your computer system instruction to format your disk.
2. Click My Computer, then Double-click the drive letter to see its contents.
