• Yes. However, there is no cloning capability built in to the hardware because it is not a dedicated duplicator. You will need some sort of disk image copy software like Acronis Disk Director or Clonezilla.

• Yes. If you have two hard drives in the docking station , they will both be designated a drive letter. You just need a software like acronis to make the cloning happen

• My guess is no. There is no way to access the "Reserved" portions on your hard drive, files which are usually inaccessible. I'm also not certain if this will transfer Hidden files.
