Try reformatting the hard drives with NO information on them. Also, go to You Tube, look for videos using "Diskpart" in dos on this exact description you said. It is sometimes a common problem once in a while. Be sure you understand step by step when using Diskpart, BEFORE you use it!!! Starting with the cmd command, you use Diskpart as an administrator. Write down and save the information step by step. This problem comes up once in a while with the use of different drives - flash drives, hard drives and external hard drives.
