• Some do, and some do not. It depends on how far away from the jack you are trying to split the line as to which one yoi need. I believe both are available at Best Buy.

• the land line one port on this devise plugs into the wall receptacle which then splits the wall socket for use on two different phone sets. they make a devise like this unit that plugs directly into the wall socket which make the wall socket accept 2 line cords

• No it does not. You will need three cords total to use it. One from the wall to the part and then a cord to go from the part to each phone
