• It comes with a short USB cable you can use to charge the battery or its devices. Disregard the answer about it being a 1 amp cable... The cable's amperage is whatever block or device it's hooked up to.

• no it does not. just the cable and that allows you to plug it into any USB accepting charger

• Sad to say but it doesn't. It does come with the charging cord to plug into the adapter though.

• Unfortunately it only comes with a cord (which I think is only 1A so it'll take longer to charge anything) which is really short so get not only a 2 Amp charger but cable as well.
