- Answer It comes with a short USB cable you can use to charge the battery or its devices. Disregard the answer about it being a 1 amp cable... The cable's amperage is whatever block or device it's hooked up to.

QuestionI bought two of these and they worked beautifully for a week. Now neither one of them recognizes the USB ports at all! They still charge just fine but the four different cords (3 new) I tried don't even turn on the lights anymore. Defective product?

- Answer The button is only there to check the battery state. It doesn't do anything else. I would recommend charging the battery completely first. Once to connect your phone to it give it a minute. It detects devices and will then begin charging automatically.
