• if you have a plug for each then yes. It is able to output a maximum of 4.2 amps across the two usb-a outputs it has.

• yes it can charge up to 3 items at the sames time. although I have found it charges slower with every port in use. So if you try to charge 1 item at a time it will charges that one thing faster
