It depends on what device you're charging or what load you have on it. It'll charge any phone to full power, multiple times. I hope this was helpful.

I can only speak on what I do know as for what I've used the power units for. I use My power units for Surveillance Dash Cameras for eight hour work shifts for five to six days, before needing to charge them again. This could be different for different Applications, also for different power drains on other products . It's all Trial and error.

It should completely charge most high end phones when they start from 0 charge. So if you know how long your phone lasts with your usage, this charger should allow you to last more than twice that long.
