A:Answer When I bought My power units, they came with some charge, but You'll need to do a full charge which takes half a day, but well worth it, due to the Manufacturers recommendation. There will be a total of four solid blue squares once the unit is fully charged. Progressively; as each square is completely lit up, then the next blue square will flash/blink as it moves on to the next one, until You have four lit up with no flashing.
