As per my experience this means it's 3/4 full and is charging the rest of the way. Mine did this at first and then we used the battery all the way to the end and the next time the first block blinked, then moved on to the third. This is my memory of the charging cycle anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it's supposed to do that and it's just letting you know what percentage area the charger is at while it's charging up your device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have one light blinking then you're in the last 25% of charging. All 4 lights go solid when it's done. If you unplug and immediately replug it to charge some more - it will go into "trickle charge" mode where it's trying to get that last little bit into the device. Quick tip...shorter cables charge faster/better than longer cables do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it's supposed to do that, but mine never got fully charged, and I returned them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Once all 4 lights are solid that means it's fully charged. If it is blinking while charging it is indicating it is in fact charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's not fully charged until all 4 lights are solid, as long as blinking its still charging.
