If you are a rewards member or used a credit card to purchase, Best Buy can find receipt for you. If you are not rewards member and paid cash, you are out of luck. My blue lights flash when I am charging the battery itself. Otherwise, they stay solid blue showing me the remaining charge. My button doesn't do anything either.
