Yes you can use this item to charge your IPhone. You can charge your battery into your computer with a USB port

You may need to use cigarette outlet on a boat. The battery takes a long time to fully recharge. Showing some products you may need but make sure the one fits your IPhone, not the one for non-Apple products. Best Buy sells all, just find Blue Shirt to help you. You may need cigarette outlet charger for your boat.

It just doesn't cone with the wall plug. And yes, you can charge your speaker, as long as u have a USB port charger.
